E-Design: What is it and How Does it Work?

What is E-Design?

E-Design is the online process in which we create a design board and vision for our client's interior and event styling needs. Each design board is created after gathering detailed, personalized information from our clients. E-Design allows us to work with anyone, located anywhere, on their interior or event styling projects. Our E-Design service accommodates all budgets and takes each client's specific desires to heart.  

How Does E-Design Work?

STEP 1| Client Profile Form
Our clients will be asked to fill out a detailed form to get to know more about your specific project. If it's an interior project, questions include finding out your favorite home decor styles, your overall budget for the project, if the space has any pieces or fixtures we need to work around, if there are solutions you're seeking such as storage, functionality, etc. For our event projects, we find out the event type, guest size, specifics about the venue space, any themes you may already have in mind, etc. After this form is completed and reviewed, we will reach out to set up a phone call.

STEP 2 | Phone Consult and Quote
We'll next set up a phone call to get to know each other more, and go over the project you have in mind. Regardless of whether it's an interior or event styling project, we'll make sure to learn about you, what brought you to seeking our services, and what your hopes and desires are for the project. We'll take this time to ask any questions we have based on your client profile. Once we have all of the information we need, a formal quote will be provided.

STEP 3 | Contract and Payment
After our clients approve the quote, a contract laying out all specifics will be signed by both parties and full payment will be due. 

STEP 4 | Design Board
This is the fun part! We get working hard on creating a design board that looks fabulous and suits your needs. Within this process, we allow two (2) complimentary rounds of revisions to make any edits based on your feedback. 

STEP 5 | You Take it From There! 
Your completed design board will be delivered to you along with links and instructions for purchasing each item. You will also be provided detailed styling instructions for the space to ensure that the completed project is well executed and reflects your vision. The beauty of this step is that it can be different for everyone. You can purchase everything you need all at once or as you see fit. Clients who are located in the San Francisco Bay Area will be offered the opportunity for in-person styling as well.
