The first thing that I ask prospective clients to do is fill out this form. Any areas that you're unsure of or do not pertain to your project can remain blank. Once the form is completed, here is an overview of the process. But, Please Note: Every project and client is unique and I do my best to personalize the process to accommodate for those needs!

We Chat

After completing the client form, we will set up a time to discuss your project in more detail. This can be in-person or over the phone. If we meet in person, additional information such as measurements and photos will be taken. If the project is remote, all pertinent information will be gathered via email.

Estimate

Based on your project’s scope, I’ll provide an estimated quote for services as well as an estimated start date. If you’re good with the quote, you’ll sign an agreement and send payment. Then, the fun begins!

Design Time

Now for the fun part. This phase includes space planning, creating design boards and any other visual elements needed to convey my vision for your project. Turnaround time for this varies for each project.

Review Time

You’ll be asked to review all elements and provide feedback, questions, etc. We’ll work together to really hone in on each and every detail to make sure the final design is just as you had hoped. Revisions will be made as needed.

Delivery

A final design board, along with purchasing links and styling instructions is delivered. It’s our promise that you’ll receive all that you need to complete the project, at your own pace.

Execution & In-Home Styling

This is an optional service used by remote and local clients alike. If you’re short on time or want the extra help, we’re here to help with ordering items as well as installing and styling your home in person.

Pricing

TCB Style & Design has a competitive hourly rate as well as a minimum required spend for all projects. In our tenure, we’ve learned that hourly works best for both the company and the clients as we can prioritize what is needed most and go from there. It is up to the client to add on time (or not) as needed. Clients are welcome to check in on the hourly tracking to see how we're pacing and so that there is full transparency. The hourly rate and minimum fee are available upon request.
